Online Certificate Program in Gender-Specific Medicine

The CSD is currently exploring the possibility of offering an online certificate program is genderspecific medicine. Preliminary proposals call for a six course, 12 credit certificate that will cover the genetic and hormonal foundations of gender-specific medicine, an overview of sex differences in pharmacology, and an analysis of the psychological, sociological, and linguistic aspects of sex and gender. The certificate program is intended for health care and research professionals interested in broadening their mastery of the emerging field of gender-specific medicine.
